Together with the hiring manager, we review all necessary information which allows us to thoroughly understand the scope of the job. Based upon the information that we gather, we develop a specific profile for the ideal candidate for the position to be filled that goes above and beyond just the job description.
Research, Searching and Industry
Our extensive industry network is the primary source for finding passive candidates and referrals matching the defined profile. Initial screenings are followed by in-depth interviews where we evaluate candidates on their technical proficiency and their inter-personal and leadership skills.
We provide our clients with a comprehensive summary on every candidate that we deem a good fit, based on education, experience, chemistry and compensation.
Once a client selects a candidate to interview, we coordinate all the logistics to take the burden off the client. We also provide tools and resources to the candidate to ensure they are thoroughly prepared for the interview.
A detailed post-interview analysis with both candidate and hiring manager enables us to identify critical issues and facilitate decision making.
We take an active role in advising our clients on compensation, benefits and relocation issues. Our goal is to facilitate sustainable win-win relationships between client and candidate.
After a candidate starts, we periodically follow up with him or her as well as the client to ensure everyone’s expectations have been met and the hiring was a good decision for both sides.

Our fee structure is flexible and customizable to meet a client’s needs. We offer contingency, engaged and retained packages. We stand behind our work with a guarantee of identifying a replacement candidate at no additional charge in the event the place individual leaves voluntarily or is terminated with cause within the guarantee period.
