Branch Operations Supervisor
Responsibilities:
As the Branch Operations Supervisor, you’ll be the big boss, responsible for all operational aspects, from receiving and distribution to customer service and sales support. You’ll create monthly reports that contribute towards the executive and P&L reporting, manage local equipment budgets, and identify areas for branch improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Not only will you bring your experience in manufacturing (bonus points for fluid power experience and knowledge of hydraulic/electro-hydraulic components) to the table, but you’ll also have a basic understanding of all main business functions including HR, finance, Customer Service, supply chain, and IT. You’ll need to have excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills with the ability to understand, plan and meet sales targets and production goals set by the company.
You’ll also need to be a results-driven, customer-focused leader who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary range $70,000 to $80,000 (depending on experience)
