Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the hotel amenities market in the Americas.
- Identify market opportunities, target customer segments, and develop effective sales approaches specific to the hotel amenities industry.
- Lead and direct the sales team in implementing sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and industry trends.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness and maximize market share.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture, setting sales goals, and providing guidance and support to the sales team.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Americas hotel amenities market, including new hotel chains, independent hotels, partnerships, and customer segments.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key hotel clients, 3rd party manufactures, distributors, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with global marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends, hotel industry demands, and customer preferences.
- Evaluate and optimize sales channels, distribution networks, and pricing strategies for maximum profitability in the hotel amenities sector.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive revenue growth in the Americas hotel amenities market.
- Monitor sales performance against budgeted goals, analyzing financial data and making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with finance teams to forecast sales revenue, manage expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Assess and optimize pricing strategies, discount structures, and contract terms to maximize profitability in the hotel amenities industry.
- Implement effective sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms to provide accurate and timely sales insights.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and develop a small sales team, nurturing an entrepreneurial spirit and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
- Recruit top sales talent, focusing on individuals with expertise in the hotel industry and a drive to succeed.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the sales team, promoting professional development and ensuring high-performance standards.
- Set clear expectations, goals, and performance targets, regularly evaluating individual and team performance.
- Encourage a collaborative and cohesive team environment, empowering team members to contribute their ideas and expertise.
Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hotel clients, suppliers, distributors, and industry stakeholders in the Americas.
- Represent the organization at hotel industry events, conferences, and meetings, promoting the company’s brand and reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships, contracts, and agreements with hotels, distributors, and suppliers to drive business growth.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the company, effectively communicating its value proposition and building strong relationships within the hotel amenities industry.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Americas region, focusing on gaining significant market share within the next five years.
- Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with the overall company vision and goals.
- Drive the implementation of key initiatives and projects to support sales growth and expansion in the hotel amenities market.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership and driving business growth in the hotel amenities industry or related sectors.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to cultivate and lead a small team towards significant market share expansion.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in the hotel industry, including an understanding of industry dynamics, customer needs, and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship, collaboration, and fostering innovation.

- Ability to travel to Europe occasionally to visit the company’s headquarters and collaborate with international teams.
