Responsibilities

  • Savvy businessperson and committed to driving results 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and meet objectives.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in new business development/sales
  • Preferably a strong network in the automotive and/or food manufacturing sectors
  • Proven track record of selling to manufacturing companies

Desired Skills

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and can appreciate a small team environment
  • True team player, who is willing to wear multiple hats and to think outside the box
  • Highly organized and has strong communication skills (German language skills and experience working for a European headquartered company a plus)
  • Lives somewhere on the East Coast or in the Midwest and is authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
