Sales Director North America
Responsibilities
- Savvy businessperson and committed to driving results
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue growth.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and meet objectives.
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in new business development/sales
- Preferably a strong network in the automotive and/or food manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record of selling to manufacturing companies
Desired Skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and can appreciate a small team environment
- True team player, who is willing to wear multiple hats and to think outside the box
- Highly organized and has strong communication skills (German language skills and experience working for a European headquartered company a plus)
- Lives somewhere on the East Coast or in the Midwest and is authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
