Briana joined Q Works Group in November 2024 as a Contingent Workforce Recruiter and has since transitioned into an Executive Recruiting role, specializing in the construction industry. Briana’s journey began with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, which led her to work at one of Charlotte’s most iconic bakeries. Starting as a Pastry Chef, she quickly rose through the ranks to become the General Manager, where she honed her leadership and team-building skills.

Driven by a desire to make a broader impact, Briana transitioned into recruiting, focusing on the Logistics and Manufacturing industries. Her passion for people and her genuine commitment to helping individuals and organizations find their ideal fit drives her success in the recruitment space.
