Iris Winkelbauer-Hoelzl
Iris is a bilingual recruiter, who joined the Q Works Group in 2016. She is a native of Austria and obtained her Mag. phil. degree from the University of Graz in 2001. She is fluent in German, English and Hungarian and has lived in the U.S. since 2012. Iris brings with her many years of international sales and business development experience, which includes managing a U.S. subsidiary.
Iris’s main focus is to work with both well- and newly established U.S. subsidiaries of German/Austrian/Swiss-based organizations. She offers 360 recruitment services.
Based on her international background and in-depth understanding of European and U.S. culture, she is well connected on both sides of the Atlantic, which specifically helps when it comes to filling leadership positions for small and medium size companies.
