Michael started in the industry in the late 90’s in the Technology, Finance and Engineering industries.  The past 15 years he has started, rebuilt and developed companies all across the country.  He is most proud of the leaders that he has coached and developed.  He purchased Q Works Group in 2018 from Joachim Woerner.

Since, Q Works Group continues to expand their service offerings into creating a full talent solutions program that specialize in small and mid-size businesses with their new subscription services which provide leadership coaching, employee training, and outplacement services.
