The Q Works Group would like to recognize Melissa Coleman for her outstanding performance and success over the past 10 years. Melissa has established herself as a leading recruiter within the lighting industry focusing on mid-level to executive level positions nationwide. Her strong understanding of clients’ hiring needs, providing quality professional placement services and striving to exceed both clients’ and candidates’ expectations are all professional talents which have led her to reach the MRINetwork Pacesetter status 3 out of the past 4 years. This achievement has been obtained by successfully generating revenue and has landed her in the top 10% of all MRI recruiters worldwide.
In addition, in 2009, Melissa earned CSAM Designation (Certified Senior Account Manager). MRINetwork established the CSAM Certification Program as a way to highlight its standout executive recruiters’ achievements. Professional executive recruiters who hold CSAM designation are recognized leaders at MRINetwork Worldwide and are ranked consistently at the top of their profession. A CSAM is committed to delivering excellence, pursuing continuous professional development, and is accustomed to delivering only the highest quality of customer service.
