Also, her tenure as a VP and Operations Manager of a glass manufacturing facility gives her key insight into the needs of our manufacturing clients specifically in the areas of lean initiatives and process improvement. Because of her passion for recruiting and the manufacturing industry, Katie stays on top of industry trends. As our business has grown her approach to client management and consulting has moved her into a more strategic role in our organization as the VP of Operations managing our staff.
